Çelebi Aviation Holding signed the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which aims to empower women in all sectors and at all levels to ensure that women are more involved in economic life.

As part of its sustainability strategy, Çelebi Aviation Holding has committed to the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). With 65 years of experience in ground handling services in 3 continents, 5 countries, and over 40 stations, Çelebi Aviation has concretized its support for the empowerment of women in society, business and economic life through this strategic initiative.

Supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals within its operations and the communities in which it operates, Çelebi Aviation Holding ensures gender equality at every stage, from recruitment processes to promotion opportunities and encourages women's leadership. The United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are known as one of the most significant global initiatives of the private sector. Consisting of 7 fundamental principles, WEPs aim to strengthen the private sector's current efforts towards gender equality, develop corporate policies and programs and contribute to the analysis of ongoing initiatives, key indicators and reporting practices.
