Evrim Unal Gokce is an experienced Human Resources executive with a strong background in managing HR functions across various industries, including logistics, automotive, retail, and banking. She has worked in global and cross-cultural environments, focusing on HR system development, expatriate management, and change management. She has held senior HR leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer at YILPORT Holding, and previously in significant HR roles at Ford Otosan, hummel, and Nissan Motor Corporation. She holds a master’s degree in Management and Labour Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University.
