ENVIRONMENTAL SENSITIVITY THROUGH EVERY PHASE

Mrs. Yaşa claimed that during the construction phase they preferred to use materials with reportedly environmental impacts. Construction waste was separated into 5 different groups and sent to recycling as part of the waste management plan.

She highlighted that 94% of waste was recycled: “We also focused on recycling after the construction period and designed our facility accordingly. We distributed Recycling bins for everyone to participate in transporting waste to the Recycling Facilities, within the scope of the Waste Management Plan. We also preferred cooling and air conditioning equipment that makes the least impact on global warming and the ozone hole as part of the energy conservation. In addition, by choosing facade elements with low coefficient of heat transmission and high efficiency pumps & fans, we saved 29% and 32% energy in our workshop and warehouse buildings respectively.’’ Mrs. Yaşa explained
