Evrim Ünal Gökce Appointed as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Çelebi Aviation Holding
Çelebi Aviation Holding has strengthened its human resources structure by appointing Evrim Ünal Gökce as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources.
With over 65 years of experience, operating in three continents, six countries, and more than 60 stations, Çelebi Aviation continues to enhance its organizational structure with senior executive appointments. As of October 17, 2024, Evrim Ünal Gökce will assume the role of Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, she will report directly to the Group CEO and serve as a member of the Executive Committee.
Evrim Ünal Gökce brings over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She graduated from the Business Administration Department of Marmara University and completed her master’s degree in management and work psychology at the same university. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in human resources, focusing on organizational transformation, global integration, and cultural change, in prestigious companies across various sectors, including Yaşarbank, Wall Street Institute, Allianz Partners, Nissan Motor, Hummel, Ford Otosan, and most recently, Yılport Holding. During her tenure as Group Head of Human Resources at Yılport Holding, she managed HR operations across 25 port terminals in 12 countries, overseeing a workforce of more than 3,400 employees and 6,500 contractors worldwide. She strategically structured the HR functions to align with organizational transformation and business goals. As Evrim Ünal Gökce joins Çelebi Aviation Holding, her expertise in human resources will further strengthen the company’s structure and contribute to maintaining Çelebi Aviation’s dynamic and innovative leadership in the ground handling sector.
